INVISTA Intermediates serves diverse markets worldwide in a variety of applications with both building-block intermediates and specialty materials. INVISTA Intermediates delivers value as the "backbone" in applications such as polyamides, polyesters, polyurethanes, plasticizers and coatings.

INVISTA Specialty Materials, a division of INVISTA Intermediates, provides value-adding solutions for customers in a variety of applications including apparel, carpeting, polyurethanes, transportation, coatings, adhesives, building materials, pharmaceutical intermediates, cleaning solutions, fragrances and printing inks. INVISTA Specialty Materials contains five main product families:

FLEXISOLV® solvent solutions are flexible, affordable products designed to meet our customers’ evolving needs for solvents in a rapidly changing regulatory environment. Within this product family, INVISTA offers effective solvent solutions for a wide range of applications including coatings, inks, foundry resins, adhesives, plasticizers, polyols, pigments, personal care, cleaners, paint strippers, and graffiti removers.

DYTEK® amines, nitriles-, and boron-based solutions are multifunctional "idea intermediates" named for the unique possibilities they bring to solving tough synthesis challenges.

TERATE® polyols, a diverse portfolio of aromatic polyesters polyols, are used in a variety of applications including polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams as well as in coatings, adhesives, elastomers and sealants.
